With well over 10 years of graphic design and print experience and a few awards under my belt, I am now lucky enough as a freelancer to be able to devote a flexible schedule to a limited number of clients at a time, so I can focus on creating the best graphic solutions for your business or personal needs - which means I am dedicated to creating the best possible product, without all the bells and whistles that most graphic design firms offer. I also have direct contact with a great many print suppliers of all formats, which can help save you a bundle when it comes to outputting your designs and making them a reality. As designer and artist, I can take charge, lend support, or simply polish your project or product at any stage.
I bring together form and function to create something that not only looks good, but performs it's purpose brilliantly. Simple, clean, effective design - at an affordable rate, and quick turnaround.
MEET & LEARN: Usually I will set up a meeting to discuss every detail of your project with you to have a clear understanding of your needs. Usually I can provide a quote for you at this time, and retain a deposit to get the ball rolling.
RESEARCH & BRAINSTORMING: I then take all of the information and inspiration provided to me to collect your ideas into solid, tangible working parts. I then Frankenstein all of these elements to create the best version of your design solution possible.
DESIGN: I play with your ideas until I have some really great examples to show you via mockups that you can peruse, change, and alter based on your needs. We can go back and forth until you are completely satisfied and approve the project for the go-ahead.
DELIVERY: Your finished graphics package will either be sent directly to you, or if you've decided to take advantage of one of my print providers, you can choose to either deal with them directly, or I can broker the output for you and arrange pick up or delivery. Payment is due upon delivery in most cases, but I also allow for payment plans, based on your needs.

“Considering how stressful planning a wedding can be, working with Julie to create our wedding invitations, table information and seating chart has made that part of the planning process seamless and enjoyable. She has a magnificent eye for streamline design and is tremendously accommodating to the needs and requests of her clients – whether it was a 9:00 pm phone call or a quick text we were always able to rely on Julie and her ability to sufficiently and successfully complete her job.” – Michelle Gordon, Social Worker
“Julie was a delight to work with. Professional attitude with a real talent for transforming client visions into reality!” – Lisa Johnson, Sales Rep, Allegra
“Working closely with Julie at Allegra as one of the CSRs, I found her to be an invaluable asset to the company. She was quick to find solutions to our clients’ design queries and she was great at managing her time, producing quality work, and being punctual on delivery. She was very easy to work with, pleasant and personable, and could deal with high stress situations and adapt to changing situations with great ease.” – Nicole Blacklock, Sales Rep, RPR Environmental
“I had the pleasure of working with Julie at Dome Productions on various levels – she as my backup and I as someone who assisted Julie with the occasional overflow task. I say occasionally because Julie had the capability of making an incredibly busy, often stressful, position look effortless. Julie is someone who can masterfully juggle numerous tasks that all are priority one, not with just ease, but with a smile on her face, a sense of humour and a good deal of grace. I have no hesitation in recommending Julie to any prospective employer. She would not only do a job and do it well; she would be a most coveted asset to ones team.” – Erika Virtanen-Galt, Administrative Management Expert
